Playa Vida, located on the beautiful Los Conchase Beach in Rocky Point, Mexico From The Seaside Office, follow the main road and across the railroad tracks. You will pass Bancomer and "Camaron Park" on your left.

Playa Vida, located on the beautiful Los Conchase Beach in Rocky Point, Mexico Turn left at the next traffic signal between the park and the municipal building - this is Blvd. Fremont. Go approximately 1 1/2 miles to the "Las Conchas" billboard.

Playa Vida, located on the beautiful Los Conchase Beach in Rocky Point, Mexico Turn right in front of the billboard. You will come to the guard house continue past the guardhouse, the road will turn to wind to the left and then to you right.

The road will turn to you right again, continue on the road for about a 1/4 of a mile and you will see a sign a sign that reads "Las Mareas" turn right here.

You will see a sign that reads "Dead End". Turn right there and go all the way down to beach. The house will be on you right hand side. See the picture on the left.

 

 

NOTE: Fireworks are prohibited in Las Conchas Gated Community. Violators will be Fine up to $200 dlrs. & may get evicted from Unit.
